Please Note:
International orders may incur import duties and taxes at the discretion of the country you are shipping to. The Recipient (the person your order will be shipped to) is responsible for all applicable duties and taxes associated with your order. Unfortunately Rocket Bobs have no control over these costs as they are imposed by your local customs office and we are therefore unable to offer assistance on these processes. We advise that you check the import charges applicable in any country before ordering products to be delivered there. Your Rocket Bobs order total DOES NOT include applicable duties or taxes.
Terms & Conditions

The following terms and conditions apply to all transactions with Rocket Bobs. The use of this site indicates your acceptance of these terms and conditions. The placement of an order indicates your acceptance of these terms and conditions. Please read them carefully and print a copy for future reference.

These terms and conditions do not affect your statutory rights. To order goods through this website you must be at least 18 years of age. We will treat each order for goods as an offer by you to purchase the goods subject to these terms and conditions.


It is an implied term in all quotations and all order acknowledgements, that all necessary specifications, instructions and information shall have been supplied by the Purchaser. Delivery dates and prices may be adjusted by us to allow for any delay in the supply of specifications, instructions or information required from the Purchaser. If incorrect or insufficient information is given with any order, Rocket Bobs will not be liable for a refund or replacement.

The Purchaser will ensure that the goods as ordered are fit for the purpose required. The goods are supplied without any guarantee or warranty save that they are in accordance with the specification or description shown as may be applicable. The parts we supply should be installed by a professional and qualified mechanic.

Rocket Bobs reserves the right, without prior notification, to limit the order quantity on any item and/or refuse service to any customer.


All products and services are subject to availability and may be withdrawn at any time. If we do not supply the goods for any reason we will not charge you for these and we will refund any money owed. However, we will not be responsible for compensating you for any other losses you may suffer if we do not supply the goods.


We accept all major credit and debit cards via the PayPal secure payment system. On the order you must provide us with your exact shipping address and telephone number. If you have provided an "Unconfirmed" PayPal payment there may be a delay of 5 working days before the items are dispatched to ensure payment has cleared. If you wish to pay by another method please contact us directly.

Unless otherwise stated in the order acknowledgement, the price charged shall be the price ruling at the date of dispatch for each item supplied, and if the goods, or any other part of the goods are purchased by Rocket Bobs at a price higher than the price ruling at the date of order acknowledgement, we may adjust the price accordingly. Prices quoted in a different currency may be increased to compensate for exchange losses to Rocket Bobs. We will inform you of the correct price and give you the opportunity to cancel the order. Unless otherwise stated prices are quoted ex works.
If a deposit is made for an ordered part we reserve the right to retain that deposit in the event of the order being cancelled. Parts will be dispatched to the customer when full payment has been received.


Shipping charges are dependant on the volumetric weight or actual weight (whichever is the highest) of the product purchased and the destination. We will try to find the most reasonable carrier and rate for your country and will provide you with a quote prior to order placement. It may not be possible to accurately calculate the shipping costs for oversized or heavy items until the order is being prepared.
We will notify you if there is an increase in the shipping charge on your order prior to invoice and shipping.

Deliveries will usually be made on Mondays to Fridays between 9am and 6pm. If couriers have attempted delivery on more than one occasion and retained the goods for collection they will eventually return undelivered goods to the sender. You are responsible for any additional charges (inc. any related duties and taxes) to re-ship or forward your package if the package is undeliverable due to an incorrect shipping address or if the purchaser was not available to receive goods or refused delivery.

The Purchaser must inform the Company of any missing, incorrect or defective goods immediately upon receipt. Couriers have strict time limits on reporting of missing/damaged items. If reporting is outside of these times they will normally reject any claim for compensation.

We hope you will be highly satisfied with any product purchased from us but if you wish to return an item to us you must contact us by phone or email and receive an RA (Return Authorisation) number before returning your item. Items returned to us without prior agreement will not be eligible for a refund. The customer is responsible for return shipping and handling costs and it is the customers responsibility to ensure goods being returned arrive back to us in a good condition. Please return goods, where possible, in original packaging and via an insured, traceable method for your protection. We are not responsible for packages lost/damaged during return shipping. All returns must be made within 14 days of receipt and a refund will be issued if, upon inspection, we find the merchandise to be in good and unused condition. Original shipping and handling charges are not refundable and these amounts will be deducted from the original amount invoiced and the remaining balance will be credited to the original credit card or relevant payment method. All special and bespoke items are non-returnable.

There are absolutely no refunds on used, damaged by the customer or altered goods. Any returns sent C.O.D. will not be accepted. When returning items from outside the EEC please ensure an invoice is included from you with an explanation for the return and a statement that the goods originated from us. If this is not enclosed Customs will insist on payment of duty before goods are released to us. In this instance we reserve the right to refuse delivery and they will be returned to you at your expense. Please include your name and address with any goods returned.

Rocket Bobs are not an authorised Harley-Davidson Dealer or Distributor and in no way do we have or intend to imply any kind of business relationship with Harley-Davidson Motor Company. None of the parts or accessories, except where specifically indicated as being officially licensed, are manufactured or endorsed by Harley Davidson®. The installation of some parts may void or adversely affect your factory warranty or insurance conditions. Always check with the relevant country laws that installation of parts does not violate these regulations.

Rocket Bobs shall have no obligation in the event a part is modified by any other person or organisation, or if a part becomes defective as a result of improper installation, improper maintenance, improper use, abnormal operation, or any other misuse or mistreatment. Rocket Bobs shall not be liable for any consequential or incidental damages resulting from the failure of a part, the breach of any warranties, the failure to deliver, the delay in delivery, delivery in non conforming condition, or any other breach of contract or duty between Rocket Bobs and a customer.

General Conditions
1. There is usually a maximum of 12 months warranty against manufacturing defects. Different warranty terms can apply with different items and you should ask on purchase what these are.
2. Any goods which are subject to a warranty claim should be returned to us for inspection. Upon inspection we will repair or replace defective part.
3. Warranty does not cover accidental or deliberate damage, acts of god, damage incurred by incorrect use or installation or not following manufacturer’s instructions. The goods must not be modified or repaired.
4. Any products that have not failed due to manufacturing defect will be repaired at the cost of the customer. We reserve judgement on this and our decision is final.
5. Carriage and handling costs for the return of goods to us will be the responsibility of the customer. Non warranty repairs are carriage chargeable.
6. Warranty does not cover the incorrect purchase of our products, if goods are returned due to incorrect specification then we reserve the right to refuse the return of goods or charge a return to stock fee.
